1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing from our Etsy shop (etsy.com/shop/Artzyfy), using the personalisation link provided after purchase, or visiting artzyfy.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These Terms apply alongside Etsy's Terms of Use when you purchase through Etsy.
2. What You Receive
A personalised digital wedding invitation hosted at a unique URL on artzyfy.com (e.g., artzyfy.com/invite/your-names).
A private edit link sent to your email address, giving you permanent access to update your invitation at any time.
All features described in the listing: animated sections, background music, countdown timer, photo gallery, RSVP system, venue map, and WhatsApp sharing.
Access to the template design associated with your purchase — the design is applied to your personalised invitation.
3. Licence
Upon purchase, Artzyfy grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use one digital wedding invitation for your own wedding or event. You may NOT: • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the template design or invitation to any third party. • Use the template to create invitations for other people's events for commercial gain. • Copy, reverse-engineer, or extract the source code, design assets, or animations. • Remove or obscure any Artzyfy branding that may appear on the invitation. The underlying template designs, animations, and code remain the intellectual property of Artzyfy.
4. Your Content
You retain full ownership of the content you upload — your photos, names, and personal text. By uploading content to Artzyfy, you grant us a limited licence to store and display that content solely for the purpose of hosting your invitation. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any photos or music you upload. Do not upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights, contains nudity or offensive material, or violates any applicable law.
5. RSVP Data
RSVP responses submitted by your guests are collected and stored on your behalf. You are the data controller for this guest data. By using the RSVP feature you agree to handle guest data in accordance with applicable privacy laws (including GDPR where relevant), and to only use the data for the purpose of managing attendance at your event.
6. Refund Policy
Because this is a digital product delivered instantly upon purchase, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds once the personalisation link has been accessed. If you have a technical issue that prevents you from using your invitation, please contact us via Etsy within 14 days of purchase and we will work to resolve it. If we are unable to resolve a material technical issue, we will offer a replacement or, at our discretion, a refund. For purchases made through Etsy, Etsy's Purchase Protection policies also apply.
7. Availability and Uptime
We aim to keep artzyfy.com available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance from time to time, which could result in brief periods of unavailability. We are not liable for any loss resulting from downtime. In the unlikely event that artzyfy.com ceases to operate, we will make reasonable efforts to provide you with an exportable version of your invitation or a suitable alternative.
8. Prohibited Use
Using the service to send unsolicited communications (spam) to any person.
Attempting to access, tamper with, or disrupt the servers, databases, or security systems of artzyfy.com.
Uploading malicious code, viruses, or any content designed to damage or interfere with systems.
Impersonating another person or entity, or falsifying your affiliation with any person or entity.
Using automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from artzyfy.com.
Any use that violates applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Artzyfy is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We make no warranty regarding the quality, accuracy, or suitability of the invitation for any particular purpose beyond what is described in the product listing.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Artzyfy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, revenue, or goodwill — arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for your specific purchase.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Artzyfy from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your uploaded content, or your violation of any third-party rights.
12. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes your acceptance. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically. For existing purchases, material changes to these Terms will not retroactively alter the terms under which you purchased.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction provide otherwise.
